i started eating primarily whole foods in the last couple years and i really love it. unfortunately i found out the hard way that just because you're eating whole foods, doesn't mean you'll lose weight...
i've tried a few different eating plans to lose weight in the last couple years but with one constant: based around whole foods. i'll never go back to 'diet' foods no matter how desperate i get...
