I'm new to this Team and still relatively new to SP. My fiance and I are becoming really into eating whole foods. We just made a resolution to cut out artificial sweeteners. We aren't vegetarians -- we love our meat!! But we think that eating fresh, non-processed stuff, whether that's meat, veggies, grains, what have you, can only be better for you than fake stuff. Eat real food, that's what I say. :o)
