Welcome to a great team. Sounds like your nutritionist knows what is best for you. Think about buying foods that you can actually touch. COngratualtions on the 17 pounds--that is very laudable@

Hi all! My name's Brandiann. I'm 24 and recently started going to a wholistic nutritionist. I am on a whole foods detox program where I am eating only fruits and veggies along with whole food supplements. After 1 week my year-long chronic stomach problems have disappeared, the swelling in my feet is gone, and I lost 17 pounds. And after a year of being hungry every 1/2 hour, I haven't been hungry once. I feel great and I imagine it's only going to get better. :) I'm looking forward to using the resources in this group to help me stay on track. I believe in the concept that if the food wasn't around 100 years ago, it's probably not a good idea to eat it. Good luck everyone!
