I sign up for Sparks people quite awhile back but never started anything. I am 47 years old and I know I need to lose over 100 pounds. I NEED HELP! I just gotten over a slip disk and now my pain level is down. I have more good days than bad. I want to start walking again but to be honest I am scared of hurting myself. I never want to go through that pain again. Should I lose weight first then walk. I am 5ft4in and weigh about 270 pounds. I carry all my weight on my top. Very top heavy. Any advice would help me.
