You have done well. Sometimes our focus gets a bit foggy when it comes to food, otherwise we wouldn't get in the rough shape we were in when we started SP.
Remember that this is a life time and lifestyle change. You didn't get in trouble overnight and you won't automatically change.
Try and track your food for the day BEFORE you eat it. Plan to stay on track. It is much easier when you know what you can eat without tipping the scale.
But then, remember, this is one meal. Wasn't it?
Just don't like the entire holiday season become an excuse to backslide.
Fork down - activity up!!
