We had an early Thanksgiving on Wednesday. That went really well. The problem was the next three days. I actually squeaked by within range on Thursday, but with family staying with us I really went over on Saturday and Sunday. That was disappointing. I have to create a better strategy for the extended family holiday at Christmas.
Fortunately, Christmas is on Saturday so I think I just need to plan for Friday night, Saturday and Especially Sunday! It seems I can keep SP going for a day or two, but it gets much harder for 3 or 4 days with family at our house. Too much emphasis on FOOD! I have some puzzles for the holiday and I'm hoping to have time focusing on those.

I had a plan, I "prepped" for Thanksgiving by staying on the low side of my calorie range and pushed a little harder on my workouts. I was doing great - until Thanksgiving! Then I lost all control and pigged out BIG TIME! I am back on track now but I am scred about my weigh-in tomorrow. In a little over two months, I have learned a lot from SP. But I still need to get a handle on occasions like dining out and holidays.
