Welcome to the team! Spark has wonderful tools that you can use to keep yourself motivated. Check out the fitness tracker. There is a fitness map that will allow you to map out your walks. You can find it under the Healhty Lifestyles tab, then click fitness. Scroll down to the bottom to the Fitness Map icon. Give it a try.
My goals are to improve my lifestyle and eating habits. My first goal is to ban the junk food in front of the T.V, and to start walking instead of jumping in the car - just to go to the corner shop. I decided to join this site after looking through the internet and was impressed with it's content. During the winter months I tend to hibernate and gorge in front of the box, well I am going to take advantage of the darker nights to do some walking, my thinking is the colder it is the faster I will walk! If anyone has any success stories or any motivational comments I would love to hear them. Good luck to all new dieters.
