Looks like you jumped in feet first. That is a lot of teams and info to manage at once. I would advise just concentrating on yourself and pick a few teams that really interest you. Concentrate on getting your food tracked, and getting to know the website. Get your excercise program all set up and change things up as you go.
Theresa--First I would ask you if you need that many teams? Does each one serve a meaning full place in your journey? Your food will become easier to track as you get more use to doing this. It is very important and also a shock to see how many calories you have been ingesting. my inital thoughts.
