You have been through a whole lot and when you make your plan, make sure your plan takes into account your need to heal and to make small, slow changes to ensure you are successful. It takes time to adjust and heal. Having said that, pick one or two things you are pretty sure you can and WILL change and do them consistently until they become habits.
