I would LOVE to have 10 minutes to myself to exercise! My biggest problem is finding time. I get up around 6 am, drop my son off at daycare by 7, get to work and get ready for the day, teach from 8 to 1, get 30 minutes for lunch (if I'm lucky), work through my prep, coach from 3 til at least 5 (sometimes as late as 7), get home, cook supper, play with my son, put him to bed by 8, work on grad class stuff, then get to bed by 10 (or try to). I need more hours in the day!!!
I've been a member of sparkpeople for a couple of years. I stopped using it once I got pregnant and haven't really gotten back until now, mostly due to health reasons. I'm hoping to stay motivated this time (my biggest hurdle) and make time to exercise (my 2nd biggest hurdle). Between work, coaching, grad school, family, and other commitments, I have very little time to myself to do anything. I'm excited to be back and hope I can stick with it this time!
