I think the first time I subscribed to SP was back in 2008, maybe earlier. It seems like such a great tool to use in an otherwise daunting process. Needless to say, I've been on and off the wagon (mostly the latter) for quite some time. I started changing my diet and exercising on July 19 and have lost 8 lbs already. I want to lose at least 60 more. I know it will take a lot of will-power and self-motivation, so I'm hoping to document my journey through blogging on this site. (I just published my first one! Check it out!) I also hope to learn a lot from all of you through the message boards and success stories. Feel free to offer any advice, and good luck on reaching your own goals!
