I would love to be a SP Friend and encourage you! I've been here 5 months and have lost 20 lbs. A lot of it has been due to accountability and SP has really helped me there. I agree with the other comments here about choosing one or two small goals to start, and making a SP page. I look forward to seeing you back on this page and learning more about you and your progress.

I agree. Trying to do too much all at once can be overwhelming, AND you're then left feeling like a failure when you're not successful with all of those changes. Which leads you back to where you started.
I'd also suggest making a sparkpage if you haven't yet. I get so excited when someone posts a comment on my page or on my blog. It's just a little boost to keep me going, knowing I'm not alone in this journey.

Hello all! I am 33 years old, about to turn 34 in July! I am READY to lose weight! I know it is going to be hard, but I have to get it done! I will need a lot of support and encouragement especially from those of you whom this program has worked for. I have started many times, but never follow through. I am going to try my hardest to lose weight taking small steps at a time. I cant wait for this new journey! I hope that you guys are willing to help me out! :)
