Hi, I'm Nayda and I'm an educator. I have taught pre-K and Kindergarden, grades 7 to 12 ESL and English, and French and Spanish. I love teaching!
I want to lose 100 lbs, to improve health conditions associated with my present weight. I was a size 32 on Jan. 17 and I am a size 24 now, on Mar. 25. I need to up my exercise and learn new strategies to eat healthier since I am also a diabetic. Right now I do a lot of walking, 30 minutes to 60 minutes a day, and I hope to begin Zumba classes this week.
I'm hoping this site helps me to stay motivated, and find others who also want to live a healthier lifestyle!
