I'm a first grade teacher with 30 wonderful little people in my class. My own children are both in high school, my job seems pretty stable, so now it is time for me!!

I know that at 51 my fitness goals can't be as ambitious as when I was 21, so slow and steady is my new mantra!! emoticon
