This is my second big ditch attempt to lose a decent amount of weight so I start thinking of myself as within the 'normal weight range' and can buy the types of clothes I want to wear! Last year I probably managed to lose a stone between Jan and summer but then put back on half a stone before Dec. this year I have lost a stone since the beginning of Jan and feel motivated to lose another 11 lbs to get to my goal weight. What's different? I am doing it with someone who has similar goals and a similar hectic life! Each week we send each other an update and are really supportive of each other. 2 is definitely better than 1!!
