I am a first grade teacher and a mother of two (6 & 11). I switched schools this year and also put on a lot of weight. I'm guessing that the stress of the move got to me. I am now two weeks into my weight loss program. So far, I seem to be doing much better at eating healthy than I am at exercising. I just can't seem to get moving... Anyway, I'm thrilled with what I've lost, so far. I already feel like a new person. I still have a long way to go, though.
