I agree...One small goal at a time...Water is good, but so is making sure you have enough sleep each night.......
Are you asking what you should work on first? I would start with 1 small goal which could be drinking more water or walking for 10 min. You can build from there. Tracking your food for a few days will give you an idea of how many calories you are taking in.
