Good luck to you Shannon! Try starting with 1 habit and build from there. Remember, you can do several 5-10 min. workouts a day and it all adds up. You don't have to do one long session.

I am in my 4th year of teaching and loving it!!! I love to learn and I love to challenge myself to be a better educator--if not everyday--then every year! I want to feel and look good and I want to be a good example for my students. I am making little changes and working on sticking to them before moving on to the next change. Being on my feet all day I am so tired and worn our when I get home, my body aches because of the weight...I don't want to spend my life feeling this way and I have already wasted so much time (I am 34 and have been overweight for as long as I can remember). I feel old and that isn't how it should be, these should be the best years of my life. So, here I go!!!
