I have been overweight for the last 5 years, but even before then I have always been very self conscious of my weight. I am tired of trying and failing, and I can't give up this time. My new years resolution is to lose weight: I will eat healthier, eat less, and workout every day. I joined to be around others with weight loss goals to motivate me. I'm Ready!
