I am a teacher's assistant and am taking grad classes starting this month to earn my MAT so that I can have my own classroom. I work in the media center of an elementary school and volunteer a bit in second grade. I discovered quite quickly thru volunteering that I do not have the physical strength to stand for long periods of time. Need to make changes so that I can be successful in my new career. Thought I would say hello and join the conversation. I have about 100 pounds to lose and am 47 years old.
