Hello! I have been experimenting with SparkPeople since October and am now ready to put my full effort into it. I have put on weight over the past 8 years due to age, stress, and quitting smoking. I am looking forward to losing in 2012!
I am a high school science teacher. The most difficult time of day for me is when I get home. I feel very hungry and eat a lot of high carb snack to fill up and relax. Does anyone have any suggestions to help me curb this?
