emoticon I shop and prep food on the weekend and pack lunches ahead so I can grab and go. That way I eat what I bring instead of the junk in the lounge (most of the time)!

emoticon to the team, Cara! The best advice I can give is to start small, only one or two things at a time - like drinking enough water and eating enough fruits/veggies. Since we are teachers, we understand stress, how to ask questions, and aren't shy about responding. Don't be afraid to ask anything here. Good luck with your goals!

I believe in taking a positive attitude toward the world. My hope still is to leave the world a little bit better than when I got here.

Welcome, Cara! I teach high school and the school stress can get in the way of healthy choices! emoticon I love the nutrition tracker and it really helps me stay accountable for what I put in my mouth! Good luck with the transition from 4th grade to 5th grade!

I just found this great site and I definitely need the support. I am a 19th year teacher in 4th grade for the first time. I taught 5th grade for 18 years, so it's been a change and perhaps not the best change ever. We have a new principal (it's his second year in our school) and he felt that change was needed. This has added to my stress and gaining weight.

Please help in any way you can. Since I am new at this website (signed up months ago, but didn't start exploring until today), I am not sure what I need to ask for.

Take care and have a great day!

Cara
