Thanks for the welcome, everyone! I have been using the fitness tracker, too. I track cardio minutes and I have my strength routine saved so that I can track all of my reps and sets for each exercise with one click--such a timesaver! This week was just really hectic at schoolI never seem to have enough time to get everything done, and things were really backed up this week, causing me to skip several workouts. I知 SO happy for the three-day weekendI致e caught up on some of my work already, so I知 hopeful that I can get back on track this week!

I believe in taking a positive attitude toward the world. My hope still is to leave the world a little bit better than when I got here.

Hi! My name is Terri. I知 a middle school mathematics teacher in NYC. This year, I知 teaching 6th grade math. I re-started my weight loss journey this summer, losing over 50 pounds so far. My first mini-goal was to lose 50 pounds, and my next mini-goal is to get under 300 pounds, which is what my ticker represents.

I was concerned about what would happen once school started up again. Eating hasn稚 been a big problem yet, mostly because I use the nutrition tracker to plan my meals the night before, and I pack the meals and snacks I will take to school. However, I did miss a few workouts this week, so I decided to join some SparkTeams to re-focus, re-motivate and challenge myself.
