when i came back to work this week after ten weeks off, everyone kept asking me if i'd lost weight. i don't think i have..i just firmed it up a bit. i did lose the 3 lbs i'd gained before school got out.but that's it i think.
maybe i should weigh in tomorrow. i haven't been on a scale for a month

i was kinda just being silly.
but i did work hard while moving. moved furniture boxes, etc with stairs thrown in..so much of it on my own. i'd start around 6:30 am and go until dark..when i couldn't even lift my arms any more. that went for over a month.

Yes, Cat you can track your walking by how fast/how long... I get creative... if your were hauling stuff, and there is not moving/carrying boxes... call it hiking with a pack.

Good job keeping the rage contained to the TV screen. I recently yelled at the treadmill at the gym as the personal trainer walked by. I also swear at class instructors regularly and proclaim my undying hatred for them with every rep.

But I say it with love, so they forgive me.

Yeah, I just finished doing the Balocity DVD for the first time. At one point, the evil former ballet dancer chirped, "You're doing a great job!" and I, on the wrong foot and lost as to what to do with my arms, snarled, "F*** you bitch!"

Needless to say, I finished the workout.

I'm so glad you're all here - because I HATE wishy-washy motivational bullcrap. I left WW because of it. "Good job!" is for dogs. "Stop being a crybaby," works much better for me.

While working out, I motivate myself by cursing at the instructors in my DVDs. Impotent rage is a sure thing to get me through.
