Hello all! I lost about 20 lbs at the beginning of last year but have been sidelined with a knee injury(surgery coming in may!) After that I kind of fell off the wagon. I am trying to set small goals for myself to keep on track even if i cant run, which is my exercise of choice!

Hello, My name is Tracy. I live in Felton. I started my journey for a newer healthier version of myself on July 6, 2013. I started taking an amazing healthy all natural product called Skinny Fiber and still losing weight. This week I have decided to add exercising to my daily routine. I am limited on what I can do because of medical reasons but I figure any movement is better than none at all. Good luck to everyone!! We can do this!!

hi there to all I have lived in delaware forever. Just started sparks in hopes of gaining some ground in my weight loss i have a long way to go. Saying hello and good luck to all on your success. I do have a gym membership due to recent economic issues i have been unable to get there recently but it doesnt stop me from doing at home excersise.

Hey everyone- My husband, myself and my soon to be 3 year old son just moved here a few months back (my husband is active duty Air Force) and I'm looking for someone (anyone) who would be interested in either going to a gym or just walking with me (and possibly my son) a few days a week. I am a military spouse with four wonderful daughters as well as a 10 year old dog and a 4 month old puppy. My family has a very busy schedule and it's often hard to find the time to eat right and exercise.

Hey all, I live in Clayton. I have been trying to get out of my current shape(round). It has been a struggle. I had shin splints & finally found a pair of inserts & shoes that feel better. Then I got past that & went running in the cool air & now I'm fighting with cold/exercised induced asthma. Plus I can't seem to stay motivated enough to be consistent with my schedules to workout. I am seriously considering a gym to get me started on the right track. Any suggestions or motivation would be greatly appreciated.
