How long have you been running? sense June

How did you get started running? I always wanted to run but never had the gumption to start until I started battling my weight.

Are you using a running plan? I graduated from the c25k program in September.

What else would you like to share with us? (Your goals, your challenges, your inspirations, your non-running hobbies and interests, etc...) I run atleast 3x a week for 5k. I am not sure how to train so I have been reading books on running and I am going to try to give and take (experiment) and see what works for increasing my distance and speed. My first 5k was in October (36:03) and I ran my second 5k on Thanksgiving (33:34) I plan to keep training with my running through the winter and start a 5k to 10k program in the spring.
