I think if you really start working on your own healthy eating journey, your daughter will follow eventually (depending how old she is) start drinking water all day... have fruits and veg... really make delicious fresh and healthy choices... it has an impact on those around you, but is taking care of you! If you have ever ridden in an airplane, then you might have noticed the oxygen compartment located above every seat. The instructions that say "In case of an emergency, first secure your own oxygen mask and then if you have children with you then secure their masks." Take care of yourself first... then assist your children.
The first rule of helping someone else is to help yourself and then all you can hope for is to be an inspiration to her. If you create a better lifestyle for yourself then that will be a great example to your daughter.

Ive been a emoion eater since my teenage yars. i used to have bulimia, but overcae it, due to being on meds i couldnt through up. gained a ton of wait, but glad i was able to stop it.
Im worried about my daughter. She loves sweets and junk food too much, I feel so much guilt. She's over weight because of my addiction to food. How can I help her, I can even help myself. But hoping in time and keeping up with this spark tem ill get better so i can help my daughter. any advice would b greatly appreciated on how you all do to help your kids. Thank you Laura
