Welcome to the team. Try not to look at the total amount of what you need to do as you will get overwhelmed. Rather set yourself smaller goals and challenges. Try the ten minute challenge team, exercise for at least ten mins a day - you will soon be doing more. Or the challenge to drink eight glasses of water a day. Track all your fitness and calories. You will be surprised how quickly you will get into it and want to more and start feeling better and less tired. Best of luck

Hey everyone! Fran here - I started my workout and eating plan last week, and in the middle of dealing with an overwhelming amount of new information, came across SparkPages. I am so inspired by the supportive posts and the success stories here. I am 5"4, starting out at 221 lbs and a dress size 18 - the amount of weight and number of inches I need to lose feels daunting, but I am hoping to connect with people here who have similar stories to mine, and stick it out for the long term until I reach my goal weight of 157 and a dress size 10!! Can't wait to meet new people and get to work to GO GET IT!!!
