Welcome to the team. Try not to look at the total amount of what you need to do as you will get overwhelmed. Rather set yourself smaller goals and challenges. Try the ten minute challenge team, exercise for at least ten mins a day - you will soon be doing more. Or the challenge to drink eight glasses of water a day. Track all your fitness and calories. You will be surprised how quickly you will get into it and want to more and start feeling better and less tired. Best of luck
