Take SMALL steps each time each month. For instance, reducing or eliminating soda. For another, increase exercise. For another, make a goals/rewards list. for xyz weight you achieve a new pair of shoes, a haircut or something.
Wednesday I begin my 3rd week WITHOUT soda, and my pants are fitting looser, and losing inches on my thighs. I have cappuccino, ice tea and water instead. I sometimes have hot tea, including green tea.
