Wow !! You all are so close! I wonīt get there by new yearīs eve!! Actually I canīt, cause in Brazil we wear white in new yearīs eve, haha!! But maybe a month later i will be able to, hehe! I just loved this topic :D
I joined SparkPeople a few months ago, but have only really now started using all the helpful tools.
I have lost a total of 48lbs so far and looking to lose another 15lbs by Christmas to reach my healthy goal weight.
I go to the gym 3 times a week for an hour and a half and have been doing so since February. I really do love it, although some days I do not want to go (Once I am there I am fine). Also gives me a break from my 3 children.
I am following a high protein, low carb lifestyle and that is working better for me. I use the nutrition tool to track my carb/protein intake.
Hope to chat to people who can offer some hints and tips.
