I just joined this team and thought it'd be the perfect one for me with knowing how I love to eat. My whole life it's like I love to eat instead of how it should be to eat to live!! With losing over 50#, I've learned to portion control with still being able to eat the foods that I love. I have to admit though, that I pretty much avoid those trigger foods, such as pastas, breads, popcorn, sweets, etc. Those things that I can eat too much of and feel sick. I know that alot of us are in the same boat and that makes it alot better! Good luck to all of us!
