Hi all, I just pulled out my jump rope again this week and attempted 10 min. jumping. It required quite a number of rest breaks, but I kept at it. Now my legs are sore!!! I should have stretched better.
I have the old "Pumping Plastic" set that came with a workout book, jump rope and audio cassette of suitable jumping speed music. I will have to look harder to find the tape though. -PJ
