I decided to start back jump roping about 3 weeks ago. When I seen your message board icon on a friends page I was thrilled. I can only jump about 30 sec. before I have to take a thirty sec break. I continue this pattern for about 3 minutes before I give out. When is it not enough and how much is too much? My heartbeat speeds up quickly and I have to stop for a breath. Please give me some advice and tons of encouragement. emoticon
