Hi. I am excited to try this jump rope challenge. I have not jumped rope for about 12 years (or longer), and was wondering if anyone knows of some online resource where I can see illustrations of different skipping styles. I read that the way to get a good workout in is to change your jump pattern every 30 seconds or so...but the only way I can think of jumping is with the double-jump (which I read will just fatigue your calves and you won't be able to stick with that many jumps in a row). Anyway...any links to an illustrated site would be REALLY appreciated.
