Hi all! I'm Becca, a 19 year old university student from Oxford, England.
I was on my way back from seeing a friend a couple of days ago, and I popped into a sports shop since I needed some new running socks. There, on sale, was a bunch of jump ropes. I'd heard how good of a workout it could be, so I gave in and bought one! I'm looking forward to incorporating it into my workout routine, and any hints and tips would be much appreciated.
