Hi. I have joined before but had "bitten off more than I could chew" by signing up for too many challenges. I am ready now and look forward to see what I can do on the first day. I am looking for a lot of encouragement too!! Thanks :-)

Welcome to the team!

How about join our monthly challenge and team goal, "Jump Rope 60 Jumps per day"?
This month's challenge, it's jump rope fitness test where you do three things - jump as many as you can in 1 min, see how long you can jump and how many sets of 4-min tabata jump rope you can do.

I think the challenge can help you to get started and with the team goal, you can keep track your jump rope progress, too :D Or you can start with 1-min jump daily and work your way up!

And there are so many jump rope styles you can try once you're get used to the rythme. It's so much fun to incorporate different styles AND you can jump much longer!

You are so young you should pick it up pretty fast. Just like when you were a wee one. I and sure there are jump roping links on here. I h-would check with the team leader. She is very informative. Welcome to the team. And have FUN!

Hi all! I'm Becca, a 19 year old university student from Oxford, England.

I was on my way back from seeing a friend a couple of days ago, and I popped into a sports shop since I needed some new running socks. There, on sale, was a bunch of jump ropes. I'd heard how good of a workout it could be, so I gave in and bought one! I'm looking forward to incorporating it into my workout routine, and any hints and tips would be much appreciated.
