This month, it's TOTAL MAX JUMP (set a goal of total jumps that you want to get for this month) and DAILY REVERSE JUMP (do at least 10 reverse jumps per day):

Hello everyone, My name is Kaye. I"m 37 years old and used to be an excellent jump roper 4 years ago. I got married, started a busy job and stopped it completely! Now I have major pounds to get rid of and I know that jump roping will definately help me drop the extra weight. I'm excited about getting started again. I jumped friday and boy do I realize just how out of shape I've gotten. I jumped 250 jumps but I had to jump to 75 and stop for several seconds and then start back. I'm just proud to say that I did that amount. I know it will get better and better with time and consitency!
