Forget about losing weight, just enjoy being active. I don't know what happened to Spark. They advised people that losing weight shouldn't be a goal. Yet, the whole web site is set up for that. lol. Go figure. The goal should be the activity that you're going to do each day/week. But pay attention to the aches and pains. As the body is also looking for an excuse to quit. Thus, people over do it initially and either get achilles or plantar faciitis or some other problems and quit. This way they can say, "See, I've tried exercise." Now, I don't have to do it anymore. Thus, find joy in the activities that you do. Good luck.
