you go for it!!!! and you can do it!!!!!!!!!!! I too am working my way up, going to the gym and jumping in front of the tv at night. I will jump when a commercial is on or I will hula hoop. I have a weighted hoop and love it..
The last stubborn 10 pounds after the first 35 will just NOT go away...I am trying this online tracking and accountablity method. Going at it along has not worked the 6 months and while I have the knowledge to lose the weight, the motivation and follow-through are somewhere else, not here. While 10 pounds may not seem like a lot, the 35 was a huge accomplishment and I really would like to have the last 10 leave me forever like the 35 has.
Live alone, work 10 hour days, am an extremely picky eater...and I don't cook! This makes for lots of bad food eating at night. Days I eat well, I can pick up a healthy salad and fruit for lunch, have oatmeat for breakfast, fiber bar and fruit for a snack, but I get home, all bets are off. Am hoping having to record everything I eat helps me stop the fast food pick-up at the end of the day and the endless buffet of the evening
I used to jump rope as a child and teenage..I am somewhat past that now, LOL, and felt it would be fun to try again. Not sure if that was the best idea I've ever had! But I am willing to go for it, hoping for a minute a day working up to 10 minutes, at a time, in 30 days. May happen, may not, but I'm going for it.
