I'm just a college student who is tired of looking in the mirror and seeing no changes, so I was told to join this website for tips and support by my professor. I'm extremely new here, but I would love to get some tips and advice from other people!
I am currently having a hard time getting an exercise and eating routine down due to my extremely busy schedule. I currently work 2 part-time jobs and go to school full time. One job requires me to be up at 3a.m. and work until noon, just to get home and have to go to my other job for a few hours.
I am hoping I can get the support I need to change, as well as make new friends and learn a thing or two.
I guess I could say that my adventure starts here!
