Hi everyone! I just joined SparkPeople and am really excited! I have always been fairly consistent about exercise, but have gotten sort of complacent lately (I call it sleep jogging now)! I'd like to shake up my fitness routine with more intensity , maybe something like jump roping or tennis.
On the nutrition side, I have the diet of a high school kid (but not the metabolism), so I really need to improve my diet habits. Along the way I would like to lose a few pesky pounds that have creeped up after having four kids and hitting my 40's.
On the hobby side I am teaching myself to crochet, I'm an wanna-be gardner, and I like to bake.
