Hi, my name is Marilyn and I have been with SP for a few years now but have not done very well. I am hoping that this group will help. I loved jumping rope when I was a kid so am hoping I can get back into it as an adult.

My name is Teresa. My husband and I have been married 26 years. We are the proud parents of two adult daughter and due to be proud grandparents sometime in April 2012.

I was excited with the 60 jumps a day challenge. I can do that!

Hello Anna! Wow, you lost 6lbs in 3 weeks, very impressive! Jumping rope is fun and if you feel bored with your current routine, change it by doing HIIT or trying new jumping styles or mixing your jumping rope with other exercises, other than cardio or strength (I call mixing different exercises as Sandwich or Soup Workout LOL).

How about joining our team's latest monthly challenge? Set the highest total jumps you can do for December 2011 and keep track at the forum post. You can also keep track your jumping counts with the team goal tracker.

hi, I'm anna 22 years old from Philippines.. i want to lose weight to be healthy, i feel sick with this body i couldn't imagine how unhealthy i become now, i want to feel lighter and healthier once again.. last year i tried to lose weight by eating 4 meals a days in small portion and 30 means jump rope, i lost 6 lbs in 3 weeks but eventually i feel bored and locked of motivation so i stop working out and eating bad foods again, i feel weak and this time i promise myself that i really have to lose weight because i don't know the woman standing in front of me every time i look in the mirror. i start eating less since last week but the exercise is not yet included, and today i will start my jump rope again.. good luck to everyone!
