Hi LYNNIERN, happy for a new team member to join the team! Keep trying to increase your jumping period (but not too huge leap from one day to another to avoid injury!) and try new jumping techniques or better, create YOUR own techinques and share it with us!

Don't forget to keep track your jumping counts with the team's goal tracker, it's a great way to see your progress.

Thanks for dropping by. I think this challenge is fantastic; I really like the idea of the 10 min increments, I think that will be a good way to build a strong cardio base!

Hi, I'm new to the group and wanted to drop in and say hello! I've been looking for something short and sweet to do in the morning before I go to work so I've joined the team goal of 10 minutes in the morning 3x a week.
