hello everyone, I'm new to sparkpeople, just signed up. I've been exercising regularly for about 5 weeks now and haven't seen any results. I'm hoping that having a nutrition and fitness tracker will help me understand where I'm going wrong so I can start achieving my goal. It's summer time and it's hot outside, I'm ready to hit the beach with confidence. BTW I'm going to buy my jump rope tonight! =D
