Good luck! I've always liked jump roping to....Spark People has this quick and easy jump rope work out. I did it 3 times last night! If you go through You-Tube there are a lot of neat jump rope routines!

Hi- I joined this team yesterday and want to give this a try. I bought an inexpensive speed rope ($9.99) tonight and both my husband and I will see how we do. We are in Sparkpeople together so it is nice to have a buddy right there to do things with. I thought this would be a great way to mixup up our walking, biking each day. It rained off and on most of the day so haven;t tried it yet. Don;t think doing it in the house would be a good idea. Want to see if I can remember how since it has been a really long time since I jumped rope. Will probably try to get into this slowly so I don't overdo and get sore right off the bat. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
