That's great! It might be harder than you used to as it's been a while but do it consistent and you're back to new, hehe. The best thing about jumping rope, we don't have to spend long time doing cardio, just a short period is enough to feel the burn and sweating enough to swim thru. And we use the whole body - arms, abs, legs - and as you said, feel entire body.
