Welcome Michelle. I think of jumping rope as the microwave of cardio. It's the quickest and most effective cardio. It has the skill element that you can build on. It has the game element that keeps it interesting. That's why children love it. Not too many exercise that children are interested in. They know what fun is and this is one of them.

This is so cool to find other jumpers that love this sport. My Name is Michelle and I totally think jumping is cool. I'm 42 and been jumping for almost 3 years, I will never stop! I feel like everyone should just skip instead of driving 5 seconds away.
