Hi there, welcome to the team!
We just started our February challenges, why don't you try them and post your update in the forum? Last month was at least 600 jumps weekly (perhaps not quite challenging to those who used to jumps but for a beginner, can be a motivation for them!).
p/s: I suspect that jump rope also help tone or strengthen your abs and core, especially when you tighten it during jumping

I came across this challenge this morning. For the last month I've only been doing the "boring" treadmill. I used to do Muay Thai and have missed the jumping rope part of it. I broke my ankle and had some hardware put in, but am going to try and do my best w/ this. Not only does Jumproping build your stamina but also defines those shoulders. Any inspiration would be greatly appreciated here. I'd love for someone to put up a workout for jumproping that we can challenge eachother with. Thanks guys!!
