After having my son i'm left over weight but i'm determind to get my slender sexy body back no matter what.I braught a sports type jump rope ages ago and after accidently coming across this team i joined and set about my 60 jumps straight away.
I'll change my goal when my knee is better but for now its 60 jumps per day.Just wondering if i'v missed any other challenges and i'd love to find out more about how you in corporate the jump rope into your routine.
