Hi Everyone. I am excited to be on the jump rope team. I think jump roping is fabulous and one of the most efficient ways to burn fat! I have been jump roping for the past month or so and gradually increasing my length of jumping time and interval length. I have been averaging 10-20 min of jumping 5 days a week for the last couple of weeks and am wanting to do it daily! I also think that jump roping makes you feel happier because when one is really excited, they naturally jump up and down! So another reason to jump! If anyone knows of some really neat videos or a jumprope with a counter on it to count the number of jumps in a workout, that would be great!
