Hi, I've been doing that 10 minute jump rope spark people workout video. The video is great,(I highly recommend it) but all the jump roping is done in 30 second intervals. I would like to try jumping rope without the pauses as well, which is why I've joined this team - motivation!
And jumping rope is so convenient and effective! A nice stationary, calorie burning activity.
