Congrats on the new routine! I'm challenging myself to do a few minutes every day as well. I've decided I can jump better with a radio/mp3 player and yesterday I jumped to two songs... A Bee Gees tune (can't remember the title now...) and Celebrate by Madonna. I was getting tired but at the very end I changed my jump going from landing on one foot to two and it kept me going until the end. today I'm going to mix it up more.
My Husband is the greatest he knows how challenging it is to keep the weight off (25lbs down). I needed a new workout regimen. This jump rope is my new friend to get me started . I will start Dec 26th , Chalets my self to start jump rope for 2 mins straight for 1 week, every week add on 1min. Merry christmas, on my way to family house for dinner.
